Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival.
• Respond to customer inquiries and questions efficiently.
• Locate requested stock items for customers.
• Serve customers and accurately process transactions at the tills.
• Ensure shelves are stocked in an orderly and neat manner.
• Create and maintain visually appealing product displays.
• Manage stock rotation and stock replenishment activities.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is essential.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, friendliness, professionalism, and approachability with a strong customer service orientation.
• Possess a warm and welcoming personality, passionate about delivering memorable experiences to customers.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility in working hours and station assignments aligned with business needs.
