Role overview
This position focuses on making customer satisfaction the top priority. The successful candidate will interact with shoppers in a courteous, energetic, and attentive manner, using product knowledge and service skills to create a positive shopping experience.
Key responsibilities

- Maintain a friendly, responsible approach so every customer enjoys a high-quality in-store experience.
- Respond to customer questions and issues promptly, professionally, and in line with store procedures.
- Keep shelves and store displays stocked and presented to a consistently high standard.
- Be open to new processes and ways of working, and support fresh initiatives.
Candidate profile
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
- Good attention to detail, with an organised and adaptable working style.
- Comfortable taking initiative and contributing within a team in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial, though not essential.
