Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire sales pipeline, transforming leads into memberships, and maintaining high customer satisfaction via prompt and effective communication. This includes handling walk-in inquiries and performing efficient inside sales activities to boost membership sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales process from initial lead to membership closure.
• Convert potential leads into active gym members.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and clear communication.
• Attend to walk-in prospects and successfully convert them to memberships.
• Execute effective inside sales techniques to enhance sales performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 350000 and 475000 INR annually.
