About the Role
Impact Arabia Building Solutions, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales & Order Processing Coordinator. The role demands someone with a background in the building, construction, or finishing materials sectors capable of managing the entire sales order cycle—from receipt of customer Purchase Orders (POs) through to delivery and billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process incoming customer Purchase Orders.
- Generate quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately.
- Liaise daily with customers, suppliers, warehouse, and delivery teams to promote seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor orders closely, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding materials and deliveries.
- Verify that customer specifications and delivery timelines are strictly adhered to.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of all POs, quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and order statuses.
- Confirm that every order is fully documented from PO issuance to final delivery and invoicing.
- Compile detailed Excel reports and management summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide operational support to management through data analysis and routine planning tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Essential prior experience within the building materials, construction supplies, or finishing materials industry; candidates without this background will not be considered.
- Familiarity with products such as gypsum board, drywall systems, ceiling systems, metal framing, and insulation is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of formulas, Pivot Tables, and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Previous roles in sales coordination, order processing, procurement, or logistics management are preferred.
- Experience working with ERP software is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing orders and prioritize effectively.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Quick to learn with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or with a short notice period.
