Company and Location
Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, our client is a Saudi company specializing in Premium Snacks and Branded FMCG Products. They collaborate with retail chains and Modern Trade clients across the country.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to assist the Sales Manager by ensuring the smooth execution of sales strategies in the market. The supervisor will monitor daily sales team activities, enforce market execution standards, and report performance updates directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the Sales Manager's plans in the market to guarantee proper execution.
- Manage the daily operations, visits, and field tasks of sales representatives.
- Track target achievement for each sales rep and prepare performance reports for the Sales Manager.
- Ensure adherence to prescribed visit schedules and sales coverage plans by the sales team.
- Support customer acquisition and growth of current accounts in line with Sales Manager’s directives.
- Coordinate with sales reps and the Finance Department to monitor collections and outstanding invoices.
- Guarantee the proper implementation of promotions, pricing, and sales policies.
- Work with the Merchandising team to secure product availability and maintain quality of displays within stores.
- Address daily operational challenges and escalate significant issues to the Sales Manager.
- Deliver regular daily and weekly reports on market trends, sales team performance, customers, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in FMCG sales, including roles supervising or monitoring sales teams.
- Proven experience within the Saudi market and Modern Trade channels.
- Experience with Premium Snacks and Branded FMCG products considered advantageous.
- Strong skills in daily follow-up, field operations, and report preparation.
- Good communication, organizational capabilities, and problem-resolution skills for operational matters.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic sales reporting techniques.
- Valid driving license and willingness to undertake fieldwork.
- Candidates must be hands-on and field-oriented, capable of executing the Sales Manager’s plans and closely supervising the team rather than independently managing sales strategy or operations.
