Salesforce Developer with Expertise in Experience Cloud

About the Role

LTIMindtree Limited, an established multinational IT services and consulting firm based in Mumbai and a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, is seeking a Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience. The position is located in Gurugram and involves working closely within the Salesforce ecosystem to drive development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance platform capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to convert their requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Create scalable, maintainable, and reusable components conforming to Salesforce development standards.
• Diagnose and fix complex issues within Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices for Salesforce and LWC frameworks.
• Manage code deployment processes across multiple environments ensuring seamless transitions.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to align solutions with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to support timely delivery of project features.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive hands-on expertise with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in designing technical solutions within the Salesforce platform aligned with business needs.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
