Senior Accountant

Role Overview

Richi Circuitronix, a US-based multinational headquartered in Florida with operations in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Senior Accountant. The position operates during the shift from 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate must possess solid financial knowledge, specifically relating to Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Trial Balance, Intercompany transactions, and US GAAP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will manage complex accounting functions with leadership responsibilities, guiding accounting team members in daily operations. This role involves analyzing financial data for forecasting and advising executives on financial strategies tailored to various markets.

• Deliver detailed financial insights and updates to senior leadership by evaluating and reporting relevant financial data points.
• Assist with financial decision-making by applying company policies within the current economic context.
• Establish, implement, and sustain financial controls and policies.
• Meet budgeting objectives through diligent scheduling, comprehensive analysis, and corrective measures.
• Forecast cash flow and plan tax strategies effectively.
• Enhance payroll processing efficiency through innovative improvements.
• Contribute to the development and support of both short-term and long-term operational strategies.
• Oversee all accounting functions including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition ensuring compliance with corporate policies, GAAP standards, and applicable regulations.
• Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of financial transactions and reports, including bank and intercompany reconciliations as well as global payroll oversight.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and ensure proper ledger accuracy.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, including production and timely publication of financial statements with specific focus on foreign exchange adjustments.
• Support corporate close processes by compiling and summarizing market reports with monthly-to-date and year-to-date performance highlights.
• Implement uniform accounting policies and procedures across markets that comply with local laws and corporate directives.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to protect company assets and ensure adherence to policies, especially related to revenue recognition, costing, and expenditures.
• Act as primary liaison for tax authorities, external auditors, and local CPA firms; prepare necessary documentation for audits and compliance.
• Provide dynamic leadership and support to the accounting team fostering a productive and trustworthy work environment.

Eligibility

Applicants must have completed graduation (Any Graduate).

Working Conditions

This role requires working the evening shift from 3 PM to 12 AM, five days a week.
