About the Role
Acme Services is seeking a Senior Associate with expertise in banking and finance, focused primarily on Indian banks. The candidate will handle critical tasks such as regulatory reporting, MIS reporting, finance transformation initiatives, bank audits, and implementation of accounting standards including IFRS and IND AS, as well as financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regulatory reporting and MIS reporting relevant to Indian banking institutions.
- Participate in finance transformation projects aimed at enhancing banking operations.
- Conduct audits for banks and financial institutions.
- Implement accounting frameworks like IFRS and IND AS in banking environments.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working with Indian banks, particularly in areas like regulatory and MIS reporting.
- Strong knowledge of finance transformation processes and audit procedures related to banking.
- Competency in implementing IFRS and IND AS accounting standards.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and statutory compliance in domestic banks.
- Willingness to travel internationally as per business needs.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Additional Information
The position involves onsite work in Kolkata, India with some international travel required. The approximate annual salary ranges between 1,400,000 to 1,800,000 INR.
