About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Senior Executive specializing in Client Operations to join our team in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client onboarding, verifying KYC documentation, and providing ongoing operational support to ensure smooth daily processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client onboarding and maintain accurate KYC and documentation processes within set deadlines.
• Support Wealth Advisors by facilitating client servicing and executing transactions efficiently.
• Maintain and update client databases with precision.
• Collaborate seamlessly with operations, advisory, and specialist teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Adhere strictly to client servicing protocols and response time expectations.
• Assist in estate planning activities and other operational client services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
• Possession of NISM Certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Client Operations, Wealth Management, or related financial services.
• Strong organizational skills paired with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Client-centric attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
