Position Overview

The Senior Field Geologist will lead field geological operations and provide sophisticated interpretive support by connecting field data collection with client-ready reports and model updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee field operations, ensuring uniform adherence to codes and standard operating procedures.
• Lead drill logging activities, evaluate findings to direct subsequent actions and set priorities.
• Assess QA/QC batches and liaise with laboratories to implement necessary corrections.
• Generate detailed technical documentation, such as notes, maps, cross-sections, and contribute to reporting.
• Guide and develop junior team members, conduct field audits focusing on safety and quality assurance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Geology.
• Have 6 to 10 years of practical experience in exploration and field leadership roles.
• Display strong technical reporting capabilities alongside proficiency with GIS technologies.
• Be prepared for remote or rotational assignments.
