About the Role
Delta Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at various project sites. This position requires hands-on supervision and coordination to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations at project locations ensuring adherence to specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and all project participants to facilitate smooth execution.
- Track progress meticulously by maintaining accurate site documentation and reports.
- Ensure all work complies with established safety guidelines and quality procedures.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges on site to support timely delivery of the project.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least six years of relevant site experience, or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least four years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and site management techniques.
- Proficient in managing workforce and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication capabilities combined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel to project locations as needed.
