Overview
Join a pioneering industrial scientific team as a Service Trainee at our newly established facility in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level opportunity is suited for individuals eager to build a career in technical services, instrumentation, and laboratory support, working directly under the mentorship of experienced engineers and specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with installing and commissioning high-accuracy scientific instruments.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance including equipment checks, cleaning, and minor repairs to maximize operational uptime.
- Support the calibration of analytical instruments to meet both national (Saudi Arabian) and international standards.
- Maintain detailed digital records of service activities, equipment status, and parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and comply with relevant industrial safety regulations.
- Provide on-site assistance alongside field service teams, gaining experience in client interaction and troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a recent Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Applied Physics, or allied technical disciplines.
- Fluent in English for technical documentation and proficient in Arabic.
- Demonstrate strong aptitude for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with enthusiasm for hands-on technical work.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Saudi driver's license and be prepared for travel to various industrial locations.
- Exhibit a proactive mindset, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
