About the Company
Design and Build Recruitment is seeking experienced site supervisors on behalf of a leading volume home builder operating across Victoria. The client has multiple ongoing projects and requires supervisors with local residential construction supervision expertise.
Role Overview
The position involves overseeing the construction of steel-framed volume homes primarily located in the Geelong region. Supervisors will manage up to 15 sites simultaneously, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience supervising volume home construction projects.
- Competency in interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
- At least two years of practical experience within residential construction supervision in the local market.
