Role Overview

We seek recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates with solid core knowledge and strong problem-solving aptitude to join our engineering team. In this position, you will be at the cutting edge of large language models and AI agents, revolutionizing outbound sales and pipeline generation for enterprises. You will contribute to scaling current products and developing new offerings in close collaboration with customers. This role involves working closely with other engineers to build features and support the broader product vision in a brisk work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain scalable, high-performance applications across the complete technology stack.
• Participate in feature design and implementation within the core platform.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Write high-quality code using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Adhere to coding best practices, architectural standards, and maintain high code quality.
• Manage the full lifecycle of feature delivery from concept through production deployment.
• Continuously enhance the performance, scalability, and stability of our software applications.
• Understand and contribute to the company's technical roadmap, influencing development processes and standards.
• Help foster and shape the engineering culture within the team.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Skilled or keen to work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python in a full stack development role.
• Proven ability to excel in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
• Willing and able to work onsite in San Francisco at least three days per week.
• Strong communication capabilities and experience working collaboratively within teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Offers for this position include competitive base salary, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package comprising health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We provide hybrid work flexibility and unlimited paid time off. The stated base salary range for this full-time role located in San Francisco is between $150,000 and $165,000 annually. Benefits may vary depending on jurisdiction and are subject to change.
