Solutions Director

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned workforce solutions professional passionate about tackling intricate client challenges and crafting innovative talent strategies. In the role of Solutions Director, you will be instrumental within our xPO leadership team, significantly influencing the future direction of workforce solutions at Chandler Macleod.

Reporting directly to the GM of xPO and collaborating closely with the Head of Sales & Solutions, your core mission will be to partner with clients, operations leaders, and sales divisions to architect and execute industry-leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Total Talent solutions. These strategies will help spur business growth and deliver exceptional results to clients across Australia’s largest organisations. The position offers a flexible location arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive design process for MSP, RPO, Total Talent, and workforce outsourcing projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams in developing tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
• Create innovative workforce strategies that incorporate market insights, workforce planning, and cutting-edge recruitment technologies.
• Oversee implementation governance and drive mobilisation and transition efforts for newly acquired programs.
• Contribute to designing technology-driven solutions utilizing ATS, VMS, CRM, and workforce management platforms.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders to influence strategic workforce decisions.
• Spot opportunities to grow client partnerships and support ongoing business expansion.
• Promote continuous improvement, governance, and performance optimization within workforce solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in MSP, RPO, Total Talent, workforce solutions, or outsourcing sectors.
• Proven success in architecting and delivering complex workforce solutions for enterprise, governmental, or multi-location clients.
• Strong commercial insight with a background in tender support, solution development, and client growth acceleration.
• In-depth knowledge of workforce technologies, including ATS, VMS, and the broader recruitment technology landscape.
• Experience managing implementations, organisational transformations, mobilisation projects, or significant change programs.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and influencing senior executives.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Relevant tertiary educational qualifications.
