Job Role and Responsibilities

The Store Manager at Spencer's is tasked with creating and maintaining excellent guest service standards. This role requires full accountability for all store operations, aiming to maximize sales and profitability. Key responsibilities include controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, overseeing human resources functions, and supervising merchandising and inventory control. All activities must comply with established company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $18.98 to $19.23, determined by the candidate's qualifications and experience.
