Job Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and inspire a store team in Kilkenny. The primary aim is to ensure smooth and effective store operations while delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably has at least two years of experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a high-energy and fast-moving team environment, handling multiple tasks even under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workload, delegate tasks, and support team members effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody and promote the Centra brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Focused.
- Lead by example, remain approachable, and foster a cooperative and upbeat work culture.
- Maintain high standards for product rotation, merchandising, and shelf presentation.
- Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of staff members.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, in line with store policies.
- Adopt and engage with new initiatives and innovative work methods.
