Overview

Corlann is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join their team as Support Workers at Parkside Services in Waterford City. These positions involve working with people who have intellectual disabilities, supporting them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Available Positions

Permanent part-time Support Worker, 70 hours per fortnight
Permanent part-time Support Worker, 52 hours per fortnight with up to 5 sleepovers

Role Responsibilities

Support Workers serve as key caregivers for a group of individuals supported by Corlann's services. Daily duties include assisting with personal care such as meal preparation, hygiene, and overall physical well-being. A substantial part of the role also involves helping individuals achieve goals outlined in their Individual Plans. Additionally, workers facilitate community engagement and social integration for the people they support.

Competitive pro-rata salary ranging from €34,881 to €48,434
