Job Overview

Purecare Healthcare Limited is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join their residential care team in Dublin on a temporary basis. This role involves assisting residents by promoting their independence and ensuring their well-being within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, support mobility, and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Encourage and facilitate residents’ participation in social events to promote independence.
• Monitor and document any physical or emotional changes observed in residents.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Maintain detailed and timely records of care provided.
• Comply strictly with health, safety, and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• Possession of FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or complex needs is advantageous.

• Demonstrated compassion, initiative, and dedication to caregiving.
• Successful Garda Vetting clearance is mandatory.
