About the Role
Join Formula 1, the pinnacle of sports and entertainment, where innovation and passion drive every aspect of our business since 1950. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Biggin Hill, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruitment administration and ensuring an exceptional experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment inbox, responding promptly and organizing correspondence efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the recruitment calendar accurately.
- Update vacancy trackers and generate reports regularly.
- Handle purchase orders and coordinate with Purchase Ledger on invoicing; participate in budgeting and forecasting with the talent team.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
- Arrange and schedule candidate interviews.
- Deliver a positive and memorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, including timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to confirm interview availability and keep the recruitment calendar updated.
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to Talent Acquisition Partner instructions.
- Publish job vacancies on the careers website and suitable job boards.
- Conduct initial screening interviews with prospective candidates.
- Collaborate on recruitment-related projects and develop efficient, innovative workflows.
- Provide occasional administrative support to the broader HR team as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition principles and the importance of a positive candidate journey.
- Strong organizational and proactive approach.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Previous experience in administrative coordination within HR or talent acquisition.
- Skilled in managing inboxes and diaries, screening CVs, booking interviews, and raising purchase orders.
- Knowledge of recruitment systems; experience with Workday and formal recruitment training is advantageous.
- Educational background: A-Level standard or equivalent experience is essential; additional qualifications such as CIPD Level 5, a university degree, or recruitment certification are desirable.
