Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Manager to lead our Mowing Team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role involves leading a group of Mower Operators across Henderson, ensuring high standards of performance while maintaining a hands-on leadership style. You'll foster a motivated and focused team who take pride in delivering outstanding service beyond client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Mowing Team effectively to deliver operational excellence.
• Maintain a practical, hands-on management approach by assisting team members on the ground.
• Plan and organize team activities to meet workload demands efficiently.
• Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders through strong communication skills.
• Champion health and safety practices within the team to ensure a safe work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in landscaping, maintenance, or a related sector.
• Approachable and confident decision-maker who thrives amidst unexpected challenges.
• Committed to a strong work ethic and willingness to go beyond standard duties for clients.
• Holder of a full, clean class 1 driver’s licence with manual driving capability (essential).
• Excellent planning, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
