Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, outreach, candidate screening, and closing roles.
• Develop and implement assertive outbound recruiting campaigns to source exceptional candidates proactively.
• Collaborate closely with company founders and hiring managers to expedite hiring without sacrificing quality.
• Set and maintain high standards for talent, defining what exemplary candidates look like and upholding those standards.
• Enhance and refine recruiting processes, tooling, analytics, and the candidate experience continually.
• Extend impact beyond recruitment by contributing to organizational design, compensation strategies, and broader people operations as the company scales.

Expectations and Qualifications

• Possess between 2 to 7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Background in startup environments or rapidly growing companies with fewer than 500 employees.
• Proven success in securing top-tier candidates who had alternative offers.
• Expertise in proactive outbound recruiting approaches, capable of eliciting responses and converting interest to hires.
• Experience or quick adaptability to technical hiring requirements ensuring credible talent evaluation.
• Ability to clearly articulate the reasons why a candidate stands out beyond superficial assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
