Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Telecaller to join ElevateWithB, focusing on promoting our EWB courses. The role involves engaging prospective students and guiding them through our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to potential students and leads supplied by the company.
• Clearly articulate the details of EWB courses, training offerings, and services.
• Follow up with candidates showing interest to assist in conversion.
• Maintain precise records of calls and update the status of leads regularly.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets related to calls and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with sales and counseling teams to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade minimum; applications are welcome from freshers and those with prior experience.
• Strong communication skills in Telugu and Hindi; basic proficiency in English is required.
• Telephone communication must be confident, courteous, and persuasive.
• Fundamental computer skills sufficient for tracking and maintaining follow-up documentation.
• Commitment to working from the office located at Ratan Tata Innovation Hub, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam.

Compensation

The salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, coupled with additional performance-related incentives.
