Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join M/s Vaishnokripa Mercantile in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves reaching out to potential customers and promoting the company’s products or services efficiently to meet sales goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and effectively sell company offerings to meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Establish and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Assess customers’ requirements to suggest appropriate products or services.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements.
- Conduct follow-ups post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and customer data.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports to the management.
- Stay informed about market trends and monitor competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 22000 INR.
