Position Overview
We are urgently seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our interior products showroom located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through telephonic conversations to promote our interior products and services, converting leads into confirmed business opportunities.
Primary Duties
- Conduct cold calling using leads provided by the company.
- Provide clear and persuasive explanations of the company's interior products and various services.
- Manage telemarketing activities and respond attentively to customer inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients to drive sales and enhance business growth.
- Maintain meticulous records of calls and customer information.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade pass.
- At least 3 years of prior experience in telecalling or telemarketing roles.
- Basic proficiency in English communication is essential.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
