Role Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents interested in studying abroad.
- Understand student preferences including courses, countries, budget levels, admission intakes, and career aspirations.
- Provide counseling and support for admission conversions via phone calls, WhatsApp, and online video consultations.
- Identify and recommend appropriate partner universities based on student profiles.
- Support students in application processes and guide them through visa documentation requirements.
- Develop and sustain relationships with both students and university contacts.
- Maintain lead tracking and conversion reports to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Between 7 months to 2 years of work experience in any sector.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong capabilities in customer engagement and relationship building.
- Sales-driven with a focus on targets.
- Skilled in documentation and coordination tasks.
- Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal traits.
