Overview
We are searching for motivated Telesales Executives to contribute to our sales team by engaging customers over calls to promote our products and services. This opening welcomes both freshers and experienced candidates who have a passion for sales, client interaction, and meeting targets with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients promoting various products and services.
- Clearly communicate features, advantages, and offers of products in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and influence purchase decisions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive business expansion.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data and call details using CRM tools.
- Follow up on promising leads to ensure deal closures.
- Provide regular feedback to supervisors regarding client needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and streamline processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Education: Minimum completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (12th grade); graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication and persuasion capabilities.
- Experienced candidates will be assessed and compensated according to prior salary.
- Selection Process: Three stages including an assessment test, HR interview, and manager interview.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary for first 3 months: ₹16,000 CTC with ₹12,000 take-home pay.
- From the 4th month: ₹21,000 CTC with ₹17,000 take-home pay.
- From 5th month onwards: Additional retention bonus of ₹12,000 over salary.
- Incentives are performance-based with no cap on earnings.
- Weekly off is fixed on Sundays.
