Telesales Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team located in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. The role involves engaging with potential investors via outbound calls and guiding them through our equity advisory services and investment plans. This position offers a fixed salary plus incentives and benefits.

Working Hours and Week Off

The work schedule is from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with Sundays and the first Saturday of the month off.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly take-home salary can go up to ₹33,000, depending on candidate experience and last drawn salary. Additional perks include attractive incentives, Provident Fund contributions, and Mediclaim coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate daily outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Provide guidance and counsel to potential investors over the phone.
• Market and sell equity advisory services and various investment plans.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from generating leads to closing sales.
• Follow-up persistently with interested customers to convert them into confirmed clients.

Selection Process

The recruitment involves two face-to-face rounds: initial HR interview followed by an operations round.
