Job Opportunity

Based in Kalgoorlie, our team seeks a Track Maintainer to join skilled professionals tasked with essential rail maintenance on Arc Infrastructure's freight rail lines. This physically demanding role involves significant manual labor and requires a hands-on approach. The current work roster operates on a 10 days on, 4 days off basis, with potential for some weekend work and occasional time away from home. This position is local to Kalgoorlie and is not a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) role.

Key Responsibilities

• Replace and repair worn or damaged rails, track clips, and sleepers
• Perform tasks including re-railing, re-sleepering, eliminating bog holes, welding, and adjusting rails
• Conduct work outdoors under varying weather conditions

Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in the rail industry
• Previous experience in rail maintenance or laboring roles
• Possession of a current driver's license; Heavy Rigid (HR) license preferred
