Traffic Marshal

Overview

We are seeking a diligent and safety-oriented Traffic Marshal to facilitate the orderly movement of vehicles and pedestrians within our operational premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic flows while upholding safety protocols and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly wage: AED 1700

Working Hours

• 12-hour work shifts

Primary Duties

• Coordinate vehicle movements to ensure seamless traffic circulation
• Direct drivers towards specified parking, loading, and unloading spots
• Assist pedestrians in crossing safely within operational zones
• Use hand signals and two-way radios for effective communication
• Oversee site entry and exit points to maintain orderly access
• Promptly report any incidents, risks, or safety issues to supervisors
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and PPE guidelines
• Offer polite assistance and guidance to visitors, drivers, and clients
• Collaborate with the operations team to sustain a secure and efficient work environment

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in traffic control, parking management, security, or related sectors is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good knowledge of workplace safety requirements
• Capability to endure outdoor conditions regardless of weather
• Physically capable of standing and walking for long durations
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively within a team
