Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tutor to assist in training AI models by assessing AI chatbot progress, analyzing their reasoning, and addressing issues to enhance model quality. This role demands advanced expertise in language, writing, and editing, along with proven abilities in research and fact-checking.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign complex tasks to AI chatbots and critically review their results.
- Assess AI model outputs to ensure accuracy and performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong command over grammar, writing style, and consistent brand voice.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree—completed, ongoing, or planned—is preferred but not mandatory.
Contract Details and Benefits
- Flexibility to select projects and schedule work according to personal preference.
- Work remotely from home using your own computer.
- Hourly remuneration starting between $25 to $30, with additional bonus pay available on select assignments.
- Payments processed through PayPal, including currency exchange handling.
