Vishx Innovations is a software services company focused on creating solutions that address real-world challenges. Their main offering, Worker Chowk, is a digital platform designed to help India's blue-collar workforce by digitizing attendance, wage tracking, and payments for contractors, supervisors, and small businesses. Additionally, they are developing Vishwakarma.ai, an early-stage AI-driven venture.
Role Overview
The company seeks a skilled and imaginative UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team based in Lucknow. This role involves crafting intuitive and accessible interfaces for their products — Worker Chowk and Vishwakarma.ai. The designer will collaborate closely with the founding team, transforming ideas into elegant, user-friendly screens.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma for both web and mobile applications.
- Convert product specifications and feedback into coherent and engaging user experiences.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language through simple design systems and reusable elements.
- Produce visual assets for social media, marketing, and promotions using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
- Work hand-in-hand with founders and developers to ensure precise implementation of designs.
- Revise and enhance designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Assist in broader design and branding initiatives for both of the company’s products.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants with a diploma or bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
- Between zero to two years’ experience in UI/UX, product, or graphic design.
- Strong command of Figma is essential.
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work from studies, freelance projects, or professional roles.
- Solid understanding of usability, visual hierarchy, and foundational design systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a readiness to incorporate constructive feedback.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, small team environment with direct engagement with leadership.
