Role Overview

Digitoglobe seeks a talented and user-centric UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping seamless user experiences by understanding user needs and translating them into practical design solutions. Collaboration with diverse teams including product managers, developers, and researchers will be essential to delivering high-quality digital products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create user-focused interfaces spanning web, mobile, and cross-platform applications.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Develop intuitive navigation and interaction patterns that elevate the overall user experience.
• Build and sustain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guidelines.
• Work collaboratively across teams during the entire product development lifecycle.
• Turn business needs and user feedback into elegant, functional designs.
• Produce interactive prototypes to validate ideas and demonstrate user interactions.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards, responsive design, and usability best practices.
• Review implemented designs to guarantee visual consistency and quality.
• Analyze user behaviors, product metrics, and test results to continuously enhance user experience.
• Contribute innovative design concepts during brainstorming and product strategy meetings.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for development teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a closely related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents.
• Experienced in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished user interface designs.
• Competent with responsive design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy concepts.
• Ability to conduct user research, usability studies, and analyze feedback effectively.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking coupled with creative problem-solving aptitude.
