UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft engaging and intuitive digital experiences for both web and mobile platforms. The role demands a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate these insights into effective design solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user interfaces and experiences tailored for web and mobile applications.
• Perform user research including interviews and usability tests to gather behavioral insights.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and maintain design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business objectives and are feasible.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Implement best practices in accessibility and usability throughout design processes.
• Keep abreast of latest design trends, tools, and technological advancements.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback for continuous design improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and responsive design strategies.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Applicants must currently reside in Qatar.
