Video Editor - Golf

About the Role

Times10 is looking for an experienced, full-time Video Editor based in Burbank, CA, to craft compelling golf-related video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital media outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong storytelling ability through editing, an understanding of contemporary content trends, and the ability to produce videos that capture attention and encourage viewer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short video clips for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Work on longer form content such as YouTube videos featuring challenges, course vlogs, instructional segments, and brand collaborations.
• Design captivating hooks, manage pacing, add captions, graphics, transitions, and incorporate sound design effectively.
• Coordinate with the content team to brainstorm creative concepts and narrative techniques.
• Organize and maintain media files and project assets efficiently.
• Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Repurpose edited content into formats suitable for different platforms.
• Keep updated with the latest social media trends, editing methods, and developments in golf content creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional experience in video editing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro are essential.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and audience retention strategies.
• Strong storytelling capability and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Passion for and knowledge of golf is highly desirable.
• Experience with creator-driven or sports content editing is an advantage.
