Overview

Corp Solutions is seeking experienced and dedicated Waiters to join the team at Bougainville Beach Resort in Kovalam, Chennai. The ideal candidates will excel in customer service, multitasking, and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests by attentively addressing their needs and promptly resolving concerns.
• Efficiently manage multiple tables at once while maintaining professionalism and courteous conduct.
• Keep the assigned work area neat and organized, complying with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure respectful and polite interaction with all guests at all times.

Additional Role - Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping)

• Maintain superior cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and communal areas.
• Provide timely and professional guest service, promptly addressing their requests and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline room preparation and overall operations.
• Establish and follow effective cleaning schedules aligned with guest expectations.
• Keep detailed records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
• Assist the front office team for efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Waiter or in a similar service role within the hospitality sector.
• Strong ability to handle pressure and maintain quality service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 18000 to 24000 INR.
