Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Doha. The chosen individual will be responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service, managing table arrangements, taking and serving orders, attending to guests, and contributing to the smooth operation of the hospitality environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival.
• Accurately take and promptly serve food and drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining spaces.
• Offer menu guidance and respond to customer inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Food and Beverage Server.
• Background in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality settings is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Capability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments managing multiple tables.
• Maintain a polished appearance with a positive demeanor.
• Good understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.
