Role Overview
This role involves providing efficient and effective administrative and clerical support related to the management of patient waiting lists. The position requires ensuring timely and accurate entry of patient details onto the appropriate waiting lists and assisting with appointment scheduling under direction from the waiting list management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administrative and clerical support to facilitate the daily operations of the department both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Respond to routine information requests relating to waiting lists.
- Accurately input patient data promptly to support waiting list management and assist with booking appointments as directed.
