Role Overview

The Warehouse Custodian plays a vital role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock records, handling products properly, and following safety protocols. This includes organizing storage, ensuring cleanliness per 5S, FIFO/FEFO standards, verifying shipments, and overseeing inventory counts and dispatch procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse efficiently by maintaining precise inventory, ensuring proper handling of items, and complying with safety requirements.
• Keep the warehouse orderly, clean, and secure according to 5S methodology and FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation principles.
• Check delivery accuracy and product standards, document any inconsistencies, and facilitate timely problem resolution.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories, coordinate stock arrangement, packaging, and dispatch processes.
• Engage in company events and collaborate on cross-departmental projects while following company policies.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred educational background is a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience in direct selling, logistics, supply chain, sales, or similar sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organization skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently or in teams under pressure.
• Competent in data analysis and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
