Warehouse Executive

About the Role

Katyayani Organics is hiring a Warehouse Executive for its operations function in Bhopal. The position calls for someone who is organized, proactive, and attentive to detail, with the ability to support both stock control and dispatch work depending on business needs. The role requires ownership of warehouse activities, effective coordination with manpower, and consistent support for smooth daily operations.

Inventory Management

• Keep inventory records accurate and ensure stock movement is properly recorded.
• Carry out cycle counts, stock verification exercises, and reconciliation of inventory differences.
• Track mismatches in stock and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain structured bin allocation and stock traceability.
• Prepare inventory reports and safeguard data accuracy.

Dispatch Operations

• Support day-to-day order processing and dispatch coordination.
• Make sure orders are fulfilled on time and with the correct quantities.
• Check dispatch paperwork, shipment readiness, and quantity accuracy before release.
• Work with transport partners and internal teams to keep dispatches running smoothly.
• Monitor dispatch performance and address operational concerns as they arise.

Team and Operations Coordination

• Coordinate warehouse manpower according to daily operational needs.
• Assign tasks and track execution throughout the day.
• Promote compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to operational controls.

Additional Information

The job is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, at Gilehri Organics. This is a full-time, onsite role. Working days are Monday through Saturday.
