Role Overview
As the Warehouse Head at Emerge The Inside Out based in Surat, you will spearhead the warehouse and operations team to ensure efficient handling of manufacturing, packing, and dispatch functions. Your role involves strategic manpower planning, enforcing discipline, and maintaining precise inventory records along with timely delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the warehouse and operations team to achieve performance goals.
- Coordinate all stages from manufacturing through packing to final dispatch effectively.
- Plan and allocate manpower resources appropriately while maintaining workplace discipline.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory management and guarantee on-time dispatch of orders.
- Manage stock record entries in ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, productivity levels, and safety standards.
- Maintain quality standards and swiftly address any operational challenges.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and guide the warehouse team.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from 30000 to 45000 INR per month.
