Role Overview

The Warehouse Operator at Bulgari undertakes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and other general warehouse responsibilities. Key duties include verifying the quantity and quality of inbound shipments, ensuring 100% pick accuracy prior to dispatch, and meticulous use of Warehouse Management Systems with timely transaction processing. The role also involves cycle counting for inventory precision, promptly reporting process deviations, and adhering strictly to Good Distribution Practice and security protocols to support "Known Consignor" warehouse operations.

Expectations and Qualifications

• Prior experience in a demanding, fast-moving environment is mandatory.
• Warehouse experience in a highly regulated setting is essential.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF Technology is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, environmental standards, and continuous improvement practices is expected.
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Good Distribution Practice.
