Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor position, based in Albada, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, involves management of daily warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Reporting to the Maintenance Senior Engineer, the role requires oversight of warehouse staff, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse workforce effectively.
• Oversee processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of goods.
• Conduct regular stock and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
• Implement safety standards and enforce health regulations.
• Plan staff schedules and allocate tasks according to operational needs.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in inventory records.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline operations.
• Guarantee that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain necessary documentation.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve space utilization and efficiency.
• Operate or supervise safe use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift certification preferred where applicable.
