Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Wedding Planner to expertly design and coordinate clients' dream weddings, ensuring outstanding service and attention from initial planning stages through final execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee wedding planning and execution from initial idea through event completion.
Engage with clients to grasp their vision, preferences, and financial parameters.
Develop detailed proposals, budgets, quotations, and event schedules.
Participate in meetings with clients, inspect venues, and conduct site visits.
Collaborate effectively with design, production, operations, and vendor teams.
Manage vendors, logistics, guest hospitality, and ensure the event timeline is maintained.
Guarantee smooth event-day operations and handle on-the-spot issues professionally.
Maintain strong ongoing client relationships for future business.
Simultaneously manage multiple event projects while meeting deadlines.
Keep current on emerging wedding and décor trends to offer clients fresh ideas.
Travel as necessary for client consultations, venue assessments, and event management.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of four years' experience in wedding planning or related event management roles.
Proficiency in communication, client service, and negotiations.
Experience preparing detailed quotations and overseeing event budgets.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle project management duties.
Capability to perform well under pressure and juggle multiple events concurrently.
Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
