Work Execution Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at Kalamia Mill in the Burdekin Region as a Work Execution Officer. This permanent role within our Sugar Factory involves close collaboration with Work Coordinators and requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage parts and materials effectively.
• Oversee information management tasks.
• Ensure compliance and facilitate work management processes.
• Develop and administer work schedules.

Candidate Qualifications

• Dedication to safety in operations and maintenance.
• Ability to manage parts and materials through hands-on tasks and system use.
• Support parts ordering and collection during breakdowns within regular work hours.
• Assist with administrative duties and data entry for daily operational and maintenance meetings.
• Collect and consolidate relevant information for feedback to the execution team.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and proactive in pursuing safety objectives.
• Willingness to gain new qualifications or skills if necessary.
• Experienced in SAP and other computerized maintenance systems.
• Ensure correct completion of work orders and related permits.
• Effectively collaborate in team environments and with other departments.
• Strong communication, planning, and decision-making abilities are advantageous.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

• Forklift HRWL certification.
• Common User Competencies skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Kronos and SAP systems.
