Workday Integration Developer

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Workday Integration Developer to build, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and both internal and external applications. This role demands expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services, alongside a comprehensive understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll integrations.

Key Duties

• Create, test, and sustain Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and PICO.
• Design and support inbound and outbound integration processes using REST/SOAP web services, XML, and XSL technologies.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to capture integration requirements and implement solutions.
• Investigate and resolve integration errors, conduct root cause analysis, and provide ongoing production support.
• Develop and manage customized Workday reports, calculated fields, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) outputs.
• Oversee Workday's bi-annual release cycles by performing regression testing and rollout activities.
• Document technical aspects thoroughly, including integration designs and data mapping details.
• Maintain data security, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices throughout integration projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years in Workday integration development roles.
• Practical experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICO, and Workday APIs.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, XPath, and report building within Workday.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll systems, and associated HR business workflows.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is advantageous.
