About the Role

A prestigious global Hospitality Interior Design studio seeks a skilled 3D Visualizer to be part of its acclaimed team. Specializing in luxury hotels, restaurants, bars, and beach clubs worldwide, this position plays a critical role in transforming imaginative design ideas into breathtaking, photorealistic images.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality photorealistic visuals for luxury hospitality interiors from initial concept stages through final presentations.
• Create immersive and atmospheric imagery that highlights lighting, materials, and the overall design vision.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Interior Designers to convert sketches and drawings into exceptional visual representations.
• Build, refine, and render detailed 3D models using leading industry software.
• Apply accurate lighting, textures, and finishes to generate compelling presentation visuals.
• Support design progress by effectively communicating ideas with engaging visual storytelling.
• Work with the broader design team to ensure that visuals stay faithful to evolving design concepts.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in luxury hospitality, commercial, or upscale residential interior projects.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer software.
• An acute eye for visual composition, lighting, materials, and fine details.
• Capability to interpret and translate design concepts into stunning photorealistic imagery.
• Familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Creative mindset paired with strong communication abilities, thriving in a collaborative studio atmosphere.
