Accommodation Cleaning Porter

Role Summary

We are seeking an Accommodation Cleaning Porter to join our dedicated Cleaning Services team. This role is essential in ensuring our accommodations remain clean, fresh, and inviting for guests through managing linen handling, stock control, and light cleaning duties.

Key Duties

• Prepare and package fresh linens, pillows, and duvets for delivery while assisting in returning used items for cleaning.
• Manage washing and upkeep tasks for textiles such as curtains, duvets, and pillows to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Organize hire equipment, maintain stock inventories, and ensure supplies are orderly and well tracked.
• Provide support with light cleaning in guest areas and common spaces when needed.
• Comply strictly with health and safety rules at all times.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Porter or in a related position is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Physically able to lift and maneuver cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
• Must hold a valid UK driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Must be willing to work during bank holidays and school holiday periods as required.
