Role Overview

We are expanding our account development representative team by seeking a German-speaking ADR to support the DACH market. This role is crucial for delivering a high-quality lead pipeline to support sales teams and shaping the sales development function through your insights and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with team members to generate quality sales opportunities within your target accounts.
• Manage and respond effectively to all inbound leads in your designated territory, maintaining accurate Salesforce records.
• Develop and prioritize lists of target accounts specific to your region.
• Proactively identify and cultivate outbound sales prospects.
• Assess potential enterprise clients and coordinate qualification efforts with Account Executives.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent German language skills are essential.
• Proven history of success in similar roles.
• Demonstrates determination and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Possesses strong intellectual curiosity and situational awareness.
• Willingness and capability to familiarize with and utilize Camunda's product.

Compensation and Benefits

We provide transparent, fair, and competitive remuneration. New employees usually start in the lower half of the compensation range, with room for progression.

• United States: $91,000 to $181,700 annually.
• United Kingdom: £57,200 to £116,400 annually.
• Singapore: S$113,100 to S$209,900 annually.

For hires outside these regions, employment is through Remote.com with personalized total rewards provided upon interview progress.

Equity participation is offered via a Virtual Stock Option Plan where applicable.
