Role Overview

The position of Admin Manager at Tata Capital is a full-time role based in Tirupati, focused on managing everyday administrative activities. Key duties include handling office facility operations, coordinating with vendors, and supervising housekeeping, security, and maintenance services. The manager will oversee procurement of necessary office items and services while managing the administrative budget and ensuring accurate record keeping, compliance, and documentation of branch processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer daily office operations and facility management tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other services.
  • Ensure timely procurement and supply management for office needs.
  • Maintain and control administrative budgets including tracking expenses.
  • Support documentation, compliance, and record maintenance for branch administration.
  • Collaborate with business and HR teams to facilitate employee engagement activities, event logistics, and onboarding processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and service standards in alignment with company policies.

Qualification and Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management within a corporate or financial services setting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Capable of managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and contributing to cost-efficiency efforts while maintaining service excellence.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices, security measures, and regulatory compliance applicable to branch operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related disciplines; certifications in administration or facilities management are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions is highly valued.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and adapt to changing organizational demands.
